As a Client or Prospect of our Services you have a right to know about your Privacy. First, any information provide to us is used only for the purpose of evaluation and determination of underwriting and finding insurance or providing insurance service to you or your company. The only parties that we share this information with are other Insurance Underwriters or employees of the underwriting staff or in direct connection with determining your application. Such shared information is common to the insurance industry. Such background check as CLUE reports and Motor Vehicle driving records reports are also relative. In the case of applying for a bond of any type an authorization is hereby granted to us by use of our site. Again, we do not share this information with any outside parties other than the underwriters with whom we are seeking to obtain you a quote or policy. Emails sent to us and to you are confidential in nature and are not shared with others unless it is part of the information gathering in connection with your insurance. Your information is not sold or provided to any outside interest for marketing purposes other than possibly SValencia International our sister company that we use to market news and information to you. If receiving an email from S Valencia International or one of it's domains, you have the option to opt out of notifications by choosing an opt out option.

REQUESTS FOR QUOTE
As a user of this site you are permitted to request a quote using various "forms". The "forms" are also referred to as applications at times and can be a web .html form, a .php web form, a .doc word® form, an Adobe® .pdf or any other form as we may deem appropriate in gathering facts and other pertinent information in order to "evaluate" risks. By using these forms on this site, or any of our affiliated sites, you hereby agree that in making a submission on any of the aforementioned forms that NO COVERAGE IS BOUND, AND / OR POLICY CHANGES CANNOT BE MADE.  The reasons are many and can be explained by  calling 209-223-1870. The primary reason is that our binding authority varies and cannot be ascertained until a complete review and evaluation have been completed by our staff.

SELF-QUOTING ENGINES AND SOFTWARE ON THIS SITE
In order to provide you, our Client's and Prospect's with "state of the art" technologies we have subscribed to serviceS thru outside "vendors." Your use of such software is free. You hereby agree that you will not try to reverse engineer such software. You hereby agree that although the quotes provided are fairly accurate, they are in fact not absolute. Not all scenarios can be addressed with such software nor can we assure that the information provided by you, or someone on your behalf, have interpreted the question properly or answered correctly and therefore recommend that all quotes be reviewed with one of our staff.

The types of software currently in use on this site are, auto and home self-rater for California, Arizona and Nevada only. Health and dental quoting engines are for California only. Calculator software for determining life insurance needs are programs that are here for your use and are only meant to serve as a mean of a "price indication." Coverage cannot be bound.
